-After a couple decades of ignoring my weight and the associated health risks, two months ago I was told I’m at risk for developing heart disease. My physician told me that I was not to use any stimulant-based diet aids as they would strain my heart and possibly increase the likelihood of complications. One of the nurses recommended raspberry ketones since they’re an all-natural alternative for weight loss and I went from there.

-I began using the product on 02/01/13 today is 03/09/13 and I have lost a total of 13lbs. The only changes that I made is being conscious of what I'm eating. I've also increased my water intake - literally 12 bottles a day when possible. I'm taking 1 pill with breakfast, 1 pill with lunch and 2 with dinner. I haven't started any exercise programs as of yet. However, I will be using Rockin Body Dance DVDs for exercise starting next week. My goal is to release 55lbs. I'm well on my way.
